Two Marriott hotels on the Black Sea coast, a mountain hub and a BRP chalet in Azuga, a 130,000 m² mixed-use development in Bucharest, and a new BRP corporate building — all six projects delivered end-to-end: DTAC, PTH, DEE and on-site technical assistance.

HOW WE WORK
Four phases,
one partner.
Our process is transparent from the first email. Each phase has clear deliverables, calendar and approved budget before start.

Discovery
1—2 weeks
Initial meeting, site visit, brief & budget analysis. Output: technical brief and fee estimate.
02
Concept
4—8 weeks
Masterplan, volumetric studies, first architectural proposal with preliminary renderings. 2—3 iterations with client.
03
Documentation
3—6 months
Permitting (DTAC). Approvals, city hall submission, building permit. PT and DDE for contractors.
04
Execution
12—36 months
Technical site assistance. Contractor coordination, calendar & budget monitoring. Final acceptance and dossier.

Founded in 2015 in Bucharest, a decade of built architecture — over 200 delivered projects, over a million square metres designed, across residential, hospitality, public and industrial sectors.

Editorial rigour
Technical documentation is part of the studio's identity. Drawings, 3D simulations and presentations meet the same standards as the built projects.
